Wish me luck

Yes, I am embarking on the road to better health also. Through the inspiration of my dearly beloved wife and best friend SmilenSylli, and our dear friend The Pampered Princess, I have begun the walking program with them. My immediate goals are small, four miles a week, Mon. Thu Fri. until Feb 1, when it becomes six miles a week, Mon. Thu Sat. We have our family reunion to think about, Plus with the eagerly awaited for 2008 racing season just around the corner I want to get back into "race trim." Kentucky Speedway is a 2 mile tri-oval, so as you can imagine the parking area and the grounds around the speedway are enormous making a day at the races very grueling, This is something I have needed to do for a long time because I know that I am an awesome individual , But my soul really doesn't delight in fatness

Progress reports will come

Good luck on your fitness goals! It's hard, but well worth it... especially if a day at the races isn't quite so grueling any more! I've always had to laugh at all the scriptures that mention fatness!

May I nominate this as the best comment in the history of the world?
